Jenny is a licensed physical therapist and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, with a B.S. in Biology from Duke University and an M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. Her professional expertise in brain health, physical rehab, environmental illness, and lifestyle medicine merges with her family experiences of chronic illness and Alzheimer’s Disease to yield an appreciation for health and wellness that is both broad and deep. Jenny is the founder of Simplified Wellness Designs, providing coaching and consulting services worldwide. Her passion is to empower others to optimize their foundational well-being, enhancing their resilience to and recovery from disease and disability.
