Workshop – Purposeful Planning

Schedule A consultation

You’ve designed and implemented a plan to pass on your real estate and financial assets, but there’s another important element of planning (pssst: it’s the most important!) which 99.9% of people are missing, and we call it Purposeful Planning.

Are you set up to pass the right things to your loved ones when you’re gone?

Yes, it’s useful to have things buttoned up legally and to ensure things go smoothly for your loved ones if you become incapacitated and when you die.

But the entire focus of estate planning not on the most important piece, and most clients are lulled into thinking that having their trust or will in place is all they need to take care of their heirs.

Your financial capital is important, but learning how to pass on your human capital in a lasting way will make the money you leave exponentially more powerful and truly make a difference for those you love when you’re gone.

This workshop will show you what’s missing from your estate plan and exactly how to pass the legacy that truly makes a difference for your loved ones for generations to come.

A limited number of seats for this workshop are available to non-LPP members for a small fee.

Your Experienced Estate Planning & Elder Law Advisors

We have a team-centered approach. While each client’s family works with one attorney, our attorneys regularly discuss the design of our plans with each other in order to ensure we’re doing everything possible to help you meet your goals.

In addition, each client works primarily with one paralegal, who gets to know you and your estate plan intimately through the design and
implementation process. The biggest complaint people have about
lawyers is lack of communication, and by working as a team we have
virtually eliminated this complaint for our clients.

Learn more about our family and then let us learn more about yours.
